KEN BILEK
President
Primary Training Specialist

Ken has gained the respect and trust of people in the industry through the United States and in over 17 countries.

  • Over 28 years of working knowledge
  • Experience as a Lineman
  • Former Live Line Demonstrator for the A. B. Chance Company.

FRED FRITZ
Senior Field Technical Advisor

47 years of experience in live line maintenance of electric utility transmission and distribution systems

  • 13.5 years as a linemen with Orange and Rockland Utilities and its predecessor Rockland Light and Power Company.
  • 11 plus year as a tool specialist with A. B. Chance Company with domestic and international experience.
  • 17 years as a job training instructor with PA Rural Electric Cooperative.
  • 6 years as a technical advisor/consultant.
